Christina L. Diley
Counselor, MS, RMHCI (she/her)
I’m Christina, a mental health counselor dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care that fosters a safe and supportive environment. With a person-centered approach, I believe in the importance of creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. By incorporating creative interventions (art, writing, and other expressive techniques), I encourage clients to engage in the therapeutic process in ways that resonate with them personally. I am committed to honoring each client’s journey, and strive to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges, cultivate personal growth, and achieve meaningful change.
Education and Background
I graduated from the University of North Florida in 2024, earning both a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in animal-assisted therapy. During my internship, I had the opportunity to practice under a Registered Play Therapist, where I gained experience working with children, teens, and adults through expressive modalities such as play and art. Before pursuing a career in mental health counseling, I was a teacher. Through teaching, I found joy in supporting children with behavioral challenges. This experience ignited my passion for mental health and guided me toward a path where I could make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your path to healing and self-understanding.

I am so glad you're here!
I work with folks of all ages—kiddos, teens, and adults—and I’m passionate about mental wellness. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, loss/grief, relationship issues, or navigating life changes, I’m here to help. In my practice, I deeply appreciate diverse experiences and the importance of creating a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel respected and heard.
First and foremost, I approach therapeutic relationships as a partnership; you are the expert of your own life and I am here to help you explore and grow in your own way and time. I have extensive experience working with clients from tough situations who struggle to find their place and purpose in the world. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and cognitive-behavioral based; however, I also utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach tailoring to a client’s specific needs. I also believe in the healing power of humor and finding the light in everyday life.

Erin Rollins
Counselor, MS, CCTP-II, LMHC-QS (she/ her)
What do you need most from your therapy experience? Are you struggling with unresolved trauma, anxiety, or burnout?I primarily work with adults who've experienced trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I collaborate with clients to create a therapy experience that honors the strengths they already possess while bringing a non-judgmental focus on the problems they face. I incorporate dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) informed skills, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), polyvagal theory, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help clients process stressful experiences, reconnect with their values, and cultivate lives worth sharing. Therapy is a safe space to test our assumptions about ourselves and the world. I aim to empower clients to learn about their nervous symptoms, improve their quality of life, and feel comfortable in their own skin.
Education and BackgroundI am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. As a Forward-Facing Professional Resiliency Coach and Consultant, trained by Dr. J. Eric Gentry, I integrate evidence-based practices that foster healing, resilience, and personal growth. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am certified by the EMDR International Association. My clinical experience includes working in community mental health settings with high-risk and diverse populations, focusing on adolescent suicidality, substance use disorders, and group therapy.

Kayleigh Ratashak
Counselor, MS, LMHC (she/they)
Hi there! I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults, as well as those navigating personality disorders, complex trauma (CPTSD), and addiction recovery. With a comprehensive background in Partial Hospitalization Programing (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) levels of care, as well as being certified in somatic therapy for Complex Trauma Treatment (CCTP-II) , I bring both clinical expertise and deep compassion to the work I do.
My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), a feminist and anti-capitalist framework, and somatic and mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with yourself and your body. I see therapy as a place to challenge internalized messages from capitalism and white supremacy that say your worth depends on productivity, perfectionism, or self-erasure. Instead, we work to cultivate rest, joy, and authentic self-expression as acts of healing.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm but direct embrace — a space that offers both safety, playfulness, and at times, a challenge. We will explore patterns of attachment and relating, practice rupture-and-repair skills, and build confidence in facing life’s difficulties without having to hide parts of yourself or conform to conventional standards of success. Together, we’ll use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, somatic tools, and creative exploration to regulate emotions, deepen relationships, and live with greater integrity and self-trust.
Creativity and community are central to my approach. I love helping clients explore new ways of expressing themselves, finding belonging, learning to navigate and thrive while existing in a chaotic and unjust world, all while cultivating interdependence with the people around them. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply supported, seen, and empowered to grow — at your own pace, and on your own terms, while also working to create a life that feels congruent, connected, and rooted in community.
Education and Background
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida in 2023. During my time at UNF and throughout my career thus far, I have worked in the PHP/IOP levels of care for addiction and comorbid conditions, allowing me to understand the impact that quality, intensive care can have for individuals with complex mental health concerns. I have an extensive background in group facilitation for adults and am passionate about providing digestible yet comprehensive psychoeducation to the community.

Counselor, MS, LMHC (she/her)
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I create an environment where clients feel safe to bring their full selves into the room, whether that means tears, laughter, or silence. Clients often describe me as someone who “weathers the storm right there with you,” whether you are in the valley, the rain, or the sunshine. In sessions, clients can expect a balance of structure and flexibility. I integrate CBT to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, DBT strategies to build coping skills, mindfulness to encourage presence and self-awareness, and a strengths-based approach that emphasizes what is already working within you. I strive to meet each client where they are and adapt my approach to their unique needs and goals.
I believe therapy is not about fixing a “problem” but about creating new possibilities for how we respond to life. I hold no expectations for who you are or how your process unfolds in therapy. Instead, I strive to offer steady presence, deep compassion, and fierce support throughout your journey. My hope is that over time, clients leave sessions with not only greater clarity and self-trust, but also a renewed sense that healing and growth are possible. My role is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where hope can take root.

My clinical interests include supporting clients through persistent depression and anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and identity exploration.
