Are you feeling stuck, misunderstood, or overwhelmed? Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, work stress, personal growth, or concerns around sexual health and intimacy, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what matters most to you. I work with individuals facing anxiety, burnout, self-worth struggles, and life transitions, and I bring particular expertise in sexual health and intimacy as a certified sex therapist. This includes support around desire, communication, identity, and connection, for both individuals and couples. I also work with pilots, aviation professionals, first responders, politicians and public administrators, and other security-aware individuals managing unique career pressures, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and care.
My approach is person-centered and cognitive-behavioral, grounded in your values and priorities as we collaborate toward your goals. Whether you're here to explore your sexuality, improve relationships, manage stress, or grow into a more authentic version of yourself, I’m here to help you reconnect, refocus, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Christina L. Diley
Counselor, RMHCI (she/her)
I’m Christina, a mental health counselor dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care that fosters a safe and supportive environment. With a person-centered approach, I believe in the importance of creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. By incorporating creative interventions (art, writing, and other expressive techniques), I encourage clients to engage in the therapeutic process in ways that resonate with them personally. I am committed to honoring each client’s journey, and strive to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges, cultivate personal growth, and achieve meaningful change.
Education and Background
I graduated from the University of North Florida in 2024, earning both a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in animal-assisted therapy. During my internship, I had the opportunity to practice under a Registered Play Therapist, where I gained experience working with children, teens, and adults through expressive modalities such as play and art. Before pursuing a career in mental health counseling, I was a teacher. Through teaching, I found joy in supporting children with behavioral challenges. This experience ignited my passion for mental health and guided me toward a path where I could make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your path to healing and self-understanding.

I have extensive experience working with clients from tough situations who struggle to find their place and purpose in the world.
