Christina L. Diley
Counselor, MS, RMHCI (she/her)
I’m Christina, a mental health counselor dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care that fosters a safe and supportive environment. With a person-centered approach, I believe in the importance of creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. By incorporating creative interventions (art, writing, and other expressive techniques), I encourage clients to engage in the therapeutic process in ways that resonate with them personally. I am committed to honoring each client’s journey, and strive to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges, cultivate personal growth, and achieve meaningful change.
Education and Background
I graduated from the University of North Florida in 2024, earning both a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in animal-assisted therapy. During my internship, I had the opportunity to practice under a Registered Play Therapist, where I gained experience working with children, teens, and adults through expressive modalities such as play and art. Before pursuing a career in mental health counseling, I was a teacher. Through teaching, I found joy in supporting children with behavioral challenges. This experience ignited my passion for mental health and guided me toward a path where I could make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your path to healing and self-understanding.
