Ashley Longabaugh-Cantos
Counselor, MS, LMHC (she/her)
I am so glad you're here!
I work with folks of all ages—kiddos, teens, and adults—and I’m passionate about mental wellness. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, loss/grief, relationship issues, or navigating life changes, I’m here to help. In my practice, I deeply appreciate diverse experiences and the importance of creating a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel respected and heard.
First and foremost, I approach therapeutic relationships as a partnership; you are the expert of your own life and I am here to help you explore and grow in your own way and time. I have extensive experience working with clients from tough situations who struggle to find their place and purpose in the world. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and cognitive-behavioral based; however, I also utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach tailoring to a client’s specific needs. I also believe in the healing power of humor and finding the light in everyday life.
